Secure & Thoughtful Packaging

Each Silverprem jewel passes through a series of meticulous quality checks before it’s ready to be sent to you. Once approved, it is carefully wrapped in a protective pouch or butter paper and cushioned with multiple layers of bubble wrap. All items are then placed in our signature Silverprem Jewellery Box, designed to add a touch of elegance to your unboxing experience and ensure your jewellery remains perfectly protected during transit.

Trusted Delivery Partners

After your jewellery is securely packaged, your order is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners. We work with well-established logistics providers for both domestic and international shipping to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Tracking details are shared with you via email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Important: If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly advise you to refuse the package and contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
  • International Orders: Timelines may vary depending on the destination country. These will be discussed during order confirmation or over a call with our team.

Please note that delivery dates may vary due to location-specific factors or logistical delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges & Payment Options

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options.
  • Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders, including both Prepaid and COD.

International Shipping

  • A flat international shipping fee of ₹2,000 is applicable on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.
  • Any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.
